Buildpic: Very good... A bit suspicious illumination (just think, how often are objects illuminated like that?), but otherwise completely ok.

Buildpic: 10

Model:

Checking base... ok;

Checking turret... ok;

Checking tracks... rocket vomiting (power dump) right on the keyboard (not ok);

I mean, having 102 bloody faces for the three bloody tracks is by my measuring enough for death penalty for it is a horrible crime spending about eight times as many faces as you could (and should) have used. Imagine the Krog having a 2000+ facecount! Remember Hitler! Oh, I bet you wouldn't be laughing this hard if your new PC started spew out unidentifyed fluid from the CD drive and various openings in the hull. Besides the awfullness of the face crime, this unit also features a bunch of downward facing pesky parts and most ineffective design since birth of man (no, actually it looks pretty descent, but it felt good saying that). The rear tracks look extremely vulnerable and I'd rather seen them completely covered from the body and out while the front track should be exchanged into a wheel so animation is possible [0]. WARNING FOR EPILEPTIC SEISURE :: DON'T LOOK ON THE TRACKS for as long as you don't this unit actally looks good. Well, it certainly lacks Cavedog 3D, but the basic shading is there and all the textures have been worked on, unlike some of the horror models I've seen before (cough -Severation- cough). The logo texxes are slightly overabused... I'd rather moved them from the turret onto the small stripes on the body and on the rear track holders and while... GAAH! EPILEPTIC SEISURE !! EPILEPTIC SEISURE !! [3]. The corpse don't only look bad in 3DO builder, it even look worthless in the game [0].

Model: 3

Script: You know, when I first saw the stripes on the tracks in-game, I really thought that they would move somehow, but alas, they don't and it looks very ugly.

Script: Not counted

Balance: The increased energy cost and a slight disadvantage in speed and maneuverability compared to the current brother-in-arms, the Core Raider, is exact right price to pay for this unit's amphibious talents.

Balance: 10

My score: (Storm frenetically presses the delete button and roars "I will not let such an actrocity have a place in my /totala folder!")
